Prices quoated is base on quantity received and any variation in quantity ordered from this quotation, we reserve the right to adjust pricing

Prices are FIS Sydney for invoice values of $250-00 or more. Minimum invoice value is $100-00
Inspection and Acceptance of Goods
Upon delivery of goods buyer shall inspect goods at its expense and give written notice to seller wihtin 48 hours of receipt of any damaged goods or breakages. Stating details of damage to enable replacement to be provided
Delivery
Every effort will be made to complete this contarc by any delivery date promised
However late delivery or non-delivery due to circumstance beyond Colonials control shall not constitute a breach of contract and Colonial will not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever aringin through such late delivery
Colonial Lighitng only deliver products to the premises of the purchaser. Deliveries direct to work sites at the request of the purchaser will become the responsibility immediately upon despatch from CLA. For these deliveries we must be provided with Site contact and telephone number.
Guarantee
All goods manufactured by and or sold under the brand name Colonial Lighting are guaranteed for one year from date of delivery against faulty materials and/or workmanship, subject to the following
Goods are to be used under normal operating conditions, mounted and connected with due care according to relevant Australian Standards.
Goods must be returned to Colonials Sydney factory within 14 days of the detection of the alleged fault, in good order and conditin. Wilfully damaged and defaced goods are excluded from guarantee.
Colonial cant be held responsible for products damaged by storm, fire, water.
Colonial cannot be held responsible for goods damaged in transit or during assembly and installation
Colonial will not accept any charges for replacement of any Colonial product unless consent to carry out such work is given in writiing by Colonial prior to commencement of the work.
Colonial will not be responsible for products that have not been subject to a periodical maintenance program
Payments
Unless otherwose stated strictly net payment in full within 30 days of date of invoice
